Shipping policy

We will ship your items wrapped in bubble wrap and peanuts, so it is secure in the box. We use recycled boxes that we receive, as we believe in reuse when we can. If for any reason your item is broken, it will be replaced immediately. We do our best so that your items arrive all intact and as quickly as possible.  We ship as we pour, and processing time can take a few days before the item ships due to curing.
